The Flack are a new local originals band with a sound that mixes indie and ska influences. They are a four piece band consisting of Guitarist and Front man (Chris Maclean), Guitar (Richard Harvey), Bass Guitar (Steve Cheyne) and Drummer (Joe Fendt). All the guys have been playing locally for busy covers bands and thought it was about time for a new project and start writing their own songs. After recently recording there first five songs including Animal and Still Intoxicated the band are now ready to get back in the studio with two more songs ready to go. There is a lot of excitement surrounding this band with people constantly asking for gig dates and new recordings. The Flack are prioritising on finishing their album before concentrating on pushing for gigs in spring/summer.
